Return & Refund Policy

Returns Policy:-  We ensure your order would arrive in perfect condition at the specified shipping address provided. If you have any complaints or suggestions with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact Customer Care within (10) days of receipt, with a detailed description and photograph(s) as proof of dissatisfaction or satisfaction, we would do the needful in both cases.

If need be the replacement or exchange will be shipped within 5 working days. Your claims will not be eligible for reshipment without proper supporting proof as our products come under perishable goods.

Amrut reserves the decisions for replacements as per the case.

Refunds are not offered.

Our guarantee extends only to deliver in time to the correct address given in the orders. We do not guarantee the package condition if it has been rerouted to another address as the products are perishable goods. Amrut  Chocolatier will not be responsible for the condition of orders that are not delivered due to the wrong address or non-receipt on the first attempt.
We will ship your order to the shipping address(es) you provide. Please give a detailed address with landmarks and contact number to ensure on-time delivery.

Amrut will not take responsibility for failed deliveries when:
1. Due to incorrect or outdated address;
2. I the recipient is out of town or not available
